Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do when using the gateway. Part of our Terms of Service.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Service. You must also comply with the usage policies of the underlying model providers your requests are routed to.
1. Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Fraud, phishing, credential harvesting, spam, or deceptive practices.
- Malware, intrusion, or attempts to disrupt or overload the Service or providers.
- Generating content that exploits or endangers minors, or that promotes violence, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
- Evading provider rules, rate limits, safety systems, or regional restrictions.
2. Security and integrity
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization, and do not access data or accounts that are not yours. Keep API keys confidential and rotate them if they may be exposed.
3. Fair and production use
Keep experimental or untested routing separate from customer-facing production workflows until reviewed. Do not use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or interferes with other customers.
4. Enforcement
Suspected violations may trigger review, route restrictions, rate limiting, suspension, or termination, and reporting to authorities where required. We may act immediately where there is risk to the Service, providers, or third parties.
5. Reporting
To report abuse or a security concern, contact [abuse@uouoduo.example].
